This luxurious, recently renovated villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Javea. It offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the protected island of Portitxol. Casa Gonzalez has three levels. At the top is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet and terrace.
1 level below is the living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has a cosy gas fireplace. There is a smart TV with Netflix and TV Vlaanderen. On the lower floor there are 3 further bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom.
The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a separate toilet and a laundry room with a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer. All bedrooms have a king-size bed. The villa is furnished with designer furniture by Serax and others. There is a fourth bathroom by the pool. There are 8 sun loungers and parasols. There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue. There is a garage for one car, but you can always park in front of the house. The centre of Javea is a 10-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity you will find some of the most beautiful coves in Spain, such as Cala Granadella.
