About this holiday rental

In Javea, located near the Cabo de la Nao, we have this beautiful villa with private swimming pool surrounded by a lovely garden, the house is all on one level and equipped with wifi internet and air conditioning.

10 people, five bedrooms, two shower rooms, one bathroom, satellite television.

The villa Christophe has a combination of Spanish old world charm and modern, contemporary style with a section which is completely renovated very tastefully. A charming villa with up to date comfort. Garden furniture new in 2016.

All on one level the villa has a living and dining room with satellite television and a very nice, fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet. Two more double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds pushed together in each). Two shower rooms with toilets.

The interior is well laid out. Three of the five bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Attractive Mediterranean garden with almond, lemon and olive trees, which has a certain originality which is very pleasant. Portable gas barbeque. Beautiful pool with a small patio terrace and outside shower. Typical Spanish covered terrace with table and chairs for eating in the fresh air and relaxing in the shade along with an open patio terrace in front of the house.

The pool can be heated with a solar heating system, but this depends on the weather. This system will not heat the pool properly if the weather does not allow it.

Really beautiful villa in a peaceful setting, ideal for a holiday.

Tennis 200 m. Restaurants and shops 1.5 km. Main sandy Arenal beach in Javea around 10 minutes by car. Supermarket 4 km. Javea old village 9 km. Ambolo Torre Creek 2 km, beaches - El Portixol 4 km, La Granadella 5 km, El Arenal 6 km.

The price does not include :

The security deposit of 800 euros - bank card slip at our local agency or cash payable locally.

The following services are to be paid on site upon arrival and in cash:

- Cleaning: mandatory fee of 180 euros payable locally.
- Air conditioning 125 euros per week.

Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before arrival)
- Linen: beds made upon arrival, two hand towels, large and small, tea towels: 12 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if allowed in the villa (80 euros per stay), animals (50 euros per pet per stay) ...

Supplements are payable locally in cash upon arrival.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
