In a stunning setting on a hillside overlooking the sea in Tamariu on the Costa Brava in Spain, this large holiday house has a private pool and garden. The Villa Color sleeps up to sixteen people in style and comfort. Beach, shops and restaurants in Tamariu 1.5km. Palafrugell 4km. Begur 7km. Gerona airport 54km.

The second floor has the main entrance and a large terrace with sea views.

The first floor has a suite with double bed and en-suite shower room. Another suite for children with two sets of bunk beds (2 x 80cm wide bunk beds) a single bed and en-suite shower room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with balcony. Further twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom.

The ground floor has a suite with a double bed, shower room and terrace. Spacious living and dining room which opens onto the pool area. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen.

The interior is modern and original, fittings are contemporary and furnishings modern and comfortable. It is all rather chic.

Set amidst sweet smelling pines the garden has a number of terraces and the pool has an exterior shower. There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing and eating outside. You can enjoy a barbeque whilst admiring the view.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Final clean subject to the villa is left as found. Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 8€, change of towels 4€. The villa must be left as found.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
