On the outskirts of Lloret del mar and Blanes, with lovely sea views and air conditioning, this vast contemporary villa is set in a large, well-landscaped garden of around 900 m2, with terraces. Ideal for two families wanting privacy, the size of the house means it can accommodate up to 8 people.

This 180 m2 house is distributed over 2 floors. On the first floor, there is a large living room (with a possible double sofa bed, 120x180 cm), a well-appointed kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x180 cm), a bathroom with bathtub, the other with a single bed and a bathroom, all opening onto large outdoor terraces with uninterrupted views of the surrounding area and the sea.

On the lower floor there is a large living room with TV and exit to the terrace, another kitchen, a suite with double bed (150 x 200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. There is also a folding bed (90 x 190 cm) for 1 person.

WIFI included

Heating and air conditioning: 100 € / week.

Outside, lovely garden, very quiet and residential, 9*4 swimming pool, barbecue and possibility of parking cars inside the house. Wide sea and mountain views.

Town centre and beach only 3.5 km away. Golf course 4 km away. Barcelona city centre is 30 minutes away by train.

Property provided in good condition and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Deposit (credit card imprint): €300.
Tourist tax payable on site (approx. €1.75/day per adult - maximum 7 days).
