About this holiday rental

Holiday house with private pool and garden situated in an elevated setting with superb views towards the sea. Located 4km from the Canyelles beach and 8km from the centre of Tossa de Mar which is a popular seaside resort. Shops and restaurants 3km. Golf 9km.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with satellite television. Fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms (2x 135 wide beds) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Two bathrooms.

Overall the villa is practical and well equipped for a family holiday.

There are wonderful sea views from the main terrace and below there is a garden area with a lawn and Mediterranean plants. The pool has an original painted wall by the side, there is also a barbeque and outdoor dining area with sea views.

The nearby beach at Cala Canyelles is great for children as there are 500 metres of white sand along with numerous activities including water sports. The seafront has a choice of restaurants with many offering local specialities such as paella and fresh fish.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Tourist tax payable on site (approx. €1.75/day per adult - maximum 7 days).
