Situated in the hills 10km from the beach and 8km from the seaside resort of Lloret de Mar this holiday home with private pool is comprised of two apartments taken together. Well suited to two families sharing yet requiring extra privacy.
The upper floor apartment has a spacious living and dining room with fireplace and television. Modern, well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a triple bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed and 1 x 90cm wide bed). Shower room and toilet. Large terrace with views of the mountains.
The lower floor apartment has a spacious living and dining room with fireplace and television. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and a triple bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed and bunk beds 2 x 80cm wide). Shower room and toilet.
There is a good sized garden with lawn and swimming pool with lovely views of the countryside. You can prepare a meal on the barbeque provided and eat outdoors as well as relax by the pool as there is plenty of garden furniture. Parking space on the grounds.

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 300€. Linen can be hired for 8€ per person, towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 120€- Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available on request 35€ per week. Extra bed: 80€/week.
