About this holiday rental

Attractive holiday villa with a good sized private pool located in the Valle del Sol area of Javea which is 4 km from the main sandy Arenal beach which has a lovely promenade and a good choice of boutique shops, bars and restaurants, all very family orientated.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, satellite television, air conditioning, wifi.

The house has a living and dining room with fireplace and television and an open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, multifunction oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer etc.). Double bedroom with television. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and two shower rooms with toilets.

All three bedrooms in the villa DOM & GERY have air conditioning.

There is a covered patio terrace for sitting and eating outdoors at the large table overlooking the pool and the Benitachell hills. The good sized grounds cover 1500 m² and the nine-metre long swimming pool is complemented by sun loungers,  table and a gas barbecue.

This property is fully managed by our own staff from our office near the Arenal beach, they are multi-lingual and there to help you get the best from your stay in Javea and they are on hand in case you have any medical emergencies or the likes.

Supermarket 4 km. Alicante and Valencia's airports are around 100 km.

The price includes :

The provision of fully equipped property; consumption of water, gas and electricity (except heating, if necessary), maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, internet.

The price does not include :

Deposit: !00 euros cheque not cashable in cash or bank card imprint.
The following services are payable locally in cash.
Mandatory service:
Obligatory household cleaning: 140 euros
Air conditioning package per week: 100 euros
to be paid on the spot in cash

Optional services:
- Linen: beds made on arrival - one large and one small towel per person - two tea towels. Imperative to make the request before your arrival-15 € per person per stay to be paid on the spot in cash.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay).

The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
