Nestled in the peaceful Valle del Sol neighbourhood of Jávea on the beautiful Costa Blanca, this pleasant holiday villa with private pool (9 x 5 m) is just 4 km from the sandy beach of Arenal and supermarkets.

With a surface area of approximately 180 m², this comfortable villa, ideal for 6 people, has three air-conditioned bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a flat-screen television and an en-suite shower room with WC.

The other two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (150 x 200 cm for one, a double bed consisting of two 90 x 200 cm mattresses that cannot be separated for the other) and share a second shower room with WC.

The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes: induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric juicer, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, as well as an ironing board and iron. It opens onto a living area combining a lounge, sitting room and dining room. The sitting room has a fireplace with insert and a flat-screen satellite television.

Outside, the villa offers a spacious, partially covered naya with a large table and chairs overlooking the pool and unobstructed views of the Benitachell hills. The 150 m² terrace, beautifully lit in the evening, is furnished with a full set of garden furniture, including sun loungers and chairs, for optimal comfort.

You will also find: a barbecue and gas plancha, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, a pétanque court and an outdoor shower.

The swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth from 1.10 m to 2.20 m) is equipped with interior and exterior lighting.

A carport is available for parking one vehicle.

Pets are allowed on request.

The price includes :

The provision of fully equipped property; consumption of water, gas and electricity (except heating, if necessary), maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, internet.

The price does not include :
