About this holiday rental

A charming holiday home which combines traditional features with modern fittings and comfortable furnishings to offer exceptional accommodation. Set in very large grounds with a big swimming pool located with lovely views of the surrounding countryside and hills. Located below the Montgo mountain 10 minutes drive from the centre of Javea and the port.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with a/c en-suite shower room. Spacious, light and airy living room with fireplace and reading area, the ensemble is very tasteful. Two bedrooms ( one with double bed  and the other with two single beds, both with air/co) and a shower room.

The ground floor main entrance leads into the dining room from a large covered terrace. Large well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with television and sofa bed. Shower room and a laundry room.

To the rear of the villa is another covered terrace which is also equipped with garden furniture and leads to the converted art studio which is a now a bedroom with one double bed with shower room.

In all, there are five bedrooms, 4 with double beds and one with two single beds, plus four shower rooms.

The interior of this country house is a reflection of previous owners one of whom was an English painter who had his studio in the house and left a number of paintings. The covered terrace has a well an attractive garden with furniture for relaxing and eating outdoors. It is possible to add two extra single beds in the small sitting room on the ground floor.

The garden has palm trees offering an exotic feel, there are flat lawns and plenty of sun loungers for reclining and enjoying the sunshine. The grounds cover over four thousand square metres and are open to the countryside. There is parking space for five cars.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The price does not include :

The deposit of 1000 euros, which cannot be cashed in, must be left at our agency: credit card imprint or cash.
The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash:
- Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 200 euros to be paid on site.
- Air conditioning: 100 euros per week, (compulsory from mid June to mid September)
Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival):
- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)...
Supplements are to be paid on site in cash on arrival.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
