In an exceptional setting, beautiful country house for 10-11 people with private swimming pool, ideal for a peaceful holiday. It offers exceptional panoramic mountain views.

The villa has 2 floors.
On the ground floor, a living-dining room with a beautiful fireplace (TV, DVD and air conditioning), fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, etc.), 4 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed, the others each have 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with bath and 2 shower rooms.
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms or shower rooms.
Access to the first floor is via a staircase that leads to a lounge (satellite TV, DVD), a covered terrace with garden furniture and the fifth bedroom with 1 double bed and its own bathroom with bath.

Outside, with its 7,000 m2 of grounds, the villa offers a large garden planted with trees, a beautiful private 5*9m swimming pool, barbecue and endless views of the mountains and forest.

Pets allowed on request.
Prices are for 10 people.
Possibility of adding 1 extra bed for a supplement of 20 euros per night.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 17.00 to 20.00, departure by 09.30.

The price does not include :

Tourist tax payable locally 0.5€ per person aged 16 years+ for the first 7 nights.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
