Super villa near to the majestic Montgo mountain, close to the old village of Javea in the direction of Denia this beautiful air-conditioned villa has a bit of everything, sea, countryside and mountain. Handy for shops and restaurants it is set in a lovely garden with mature trees covering 2000 m² and has a superb ten-metre long swimming pool as well as a barbeque.

The accommodation, made up of a main house and annexe has 200 m² of living space, air conditioning and wi-fi internet.

The south facing main house has a spacious, air-conditioned living room with satellite television and leather sofa. Dining room with access to the pool area. Veranda with garden furniture and splendid views of the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer...) which opens onto a covered patio terrace which is ideal for eating outdoors.

The sleeping area three air-conditioned bedrooms in all, comprising a double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) with en-suite bathroom with toilet. Further double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed). Bathroom with toilet. Master double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) and a beautiful shower room with toilet.

The annexe (set next to the main house) has two air-conditioned bedrooms in all, comprising a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a very good (as new) shower room with toilet.

The villa is very practical, well equipped, with attractive decor. Four of the bath/shower rooms are as new, as is the kitchen which modern. There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms.

In a very peaceful setting, the good sized pool has steps for access, which is ideal for children and older adults, an outside shower and plenty of sun loungers for reclining and enjoying the sun. At the lower end of the garden, there are orange and lemon trees as well as a huge carob tree which offers an ideal shady spot for a siesta.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit €1000 payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash.
Obligatory final clean payable locally 180€.
Air-conditioning payable locally 175 € per week.
Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering.
- Linen supplied at 15 euros per kit (per person) payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth per person.
- Pet supplement of €50 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description.
- Extra beds or person supplement of €80 per bed per week.
- Cot and/or high chair available for hire on request 50€ per week payable locally.
