About this holiday rental

Spacious villa for up to six people set in a beautiful garden with flat lawn and private swimming pool, commanding lovely views out to sea. Located 1.5 km from the beach at Tamariu on the Costa Brava.

The first floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Bathroom and a shower room. Both bedrooms have access to a beautiful terrace with sea views.

The ground floor has a comfortable living and dining room with satellite television, opening onto a large patio terrace with garden furniture where you can sit and watch the children play in the pool or enjoy the views of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas hob...). Separate toilet.

The garden floor has a studio with independent access comprising a small sitting area, a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room.

There is wifi internet access at the house so you can stay connected whilst on holiday.

You can really relax in the garden which is fully enclosed, enjoy the pool and the sophistication of the pretty flowers planted in elegant jars, the palm trees and splendid views of the coastline. There is plenty of garden furniture and numerous terraces where you can enjoy some privacy. There is a barbeque and outside parking space.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 7€, change of towels 3€. The villa must be left as found.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
