The Villa Fina sleeps up to six people and has a garden with private swimming pool which is well adapted for family holidays. This house is located 8km from the beach in the Costa Brava resort of Lloret de Mar. Shops and restaurants 500 metres. Golf 5km. Gerona airport 31km.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with fireplace and television. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to meet your self-catering requirements. Double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Two bathrooms with showers.

The interior decor is nice and neutral, mainly white, making the house light and airy. Furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities good and modern. There is a covered terrace where you can enjoy some shade for relaxing or eating.

The garden has lawns around the pool and there is a good patio area with built in barbeque, palm trees provide an exotic Mediterranean feature.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 300€. Linen can be hired for 8€ per person, towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 85€- Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available on request 35€ per week. Extra bed: 80€/week.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
