About this holiday rental

Charming villa with large grounds, a private swimming pool and wonderful views of the Sierra de La Nieves and the sea on a clear day. Located near the pretty village of La Joya 3km and Villanueva 4km, close to the El Torcal natural park, in the south of the Antequera region. Malaga 45km. Beach 45km. Local shops 3km.

The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining room with fireplace. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with an open en suite shower room with toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en-suite bathroom with toilet. Comfortable and well equipped, attractive décor. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

There are very large grounds, with a lawned area, covered and open terraces and a delightful swimming pool accessed via steps from the villa.

Well placed for visiting Malaga, Granada, Cordoue, Ronda and Seville. There is plenty of riding, walking, climbing, tennis and fishing in the area along with visits to the lakes and gorges of El Chorro and the historic monuments at Antequera 16km. 2km gravel track for access.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) changed weekly. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit -100€ cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Two hours cleaning per week included. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (9€ per hour), babysitting and cooking. The villa must be left as found.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
