Exceptional and rare, with the beach on foot and a protected site, a beautiful villa with private infinity pool.

Between the garrigue and the sea, in an exceptional natural setting, overlooking La Granadella beach, voted Spain's most beautiful beach in 2013, the villa has been completely renovated while retaining its old charm.

For 10 people, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms-Wifi and fully air-conditioned-TV sat French channels.

Of a very good standard, light and bright, the owner has reorganised it with large spaces opening onto the sea (note that the granadella nature park in Javea is fully protected!).154 m2 on the main level, opening onto a terrace opening onto the sea, large living room with satellite TV, modern, fully-equipped separate kitchen opening onto the living room. A beautiful double bedroom with ultra-modern shower room and wc. Five steps lead up to three further bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a double bed, balcony and shower room (note the large glass wall allowing you to see the sea while showering). Two further bedrooms with double beds share a third bathroom, which has also been refurbished using original, modern materials.
On the garden level, separate from the upper level, there is a large, bright bedroom of around 50 m2 with a shower room and toilet opening onto another terrace.
All windows are screened and air-conditioned throughout.

Outside, surrounded by a terrace, a magnificent 60m2 overflowing mosaic swimming pool with submerged steps, 1.1 to 2.50 m deep. Extending from the pool is a ‘Zen’ terrace under the pine trees. Garden furniture, outdoor lighting.

The property is set in 1300 m2 of garrigue with automatic gates and covered parking. As the house is located in a natural park, there are no limits to the space available and you can enjoy long walks in the wild pine forest. Extremely rare in Javea, you can walk down to the beach (approx. 300 m, 5 mins). Absolute peace and quiet, disturbed only by the sound of cicadas.

Shops three kilometres away - delicious fish restaurant by the beach 5 minutes away. L'arénal beach 5/6km away.

Minimum two-week rental period in July and August.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit €1500 payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 200€. Air-conditioning payable locally 100 €. Linen supplied at 15 euros per kit (per person) payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth per person. Heating for the house (if used). Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or person supplement of €80 per bed per week. Cot and/or high chair available for hire on request 50€ per week payable locally. Pet supplement 50€.

The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
