From its elevated setting perched on the hillside overlooking the valley and the sea, 2.5km from the beach and 6km from the popular Spanish resort of Lloret de Mar the villa Ibecena sleeps up to six people. This attractive holiday house has a private swimming pool and garden.

The upper floor has a living and dining room with television. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room and toilet.

The ground floor a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). All the bedrooms have access to the terrace. Two bathrooms.

The interior is light and airy, mainly white, neutral decor. Furnishings are modern and comfortable.

The garden has a lawn and there are lovely views from the poolside terrace. There is a good supply of garden furniture and a barbeque as well as a children's games area. For cars, there is parking on the grounds.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Compulsory final cleaning: €95.
Tourist tax payable on site (approx. €0.50/day per adult - maximum 7 days).

Cot: €35 per week.

Towels (1 large + 1 small): €8 per person.
Pets allowed: €35 per week
