About this holiday rental
Superbly situated holiday home with private pool and garden located in Comares which is about half an hours drive from the beach on the Costa Del Sol in Spain. The villa Jose sleeps up to fifteen people. Malaga airport is about an hour and a half drive. There are shops and restaurants in Comares.
The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with television, fireplace and double sofa bed. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Apartment (independent access) with living and dining room with television. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The interior is light and airy, furnishings are practical and comfortable. You can sit out on the covered terrace and eat whilst enjoying the views.
The garden has a beautiful pool terrace where you can relax on a lounger and enjoy the sun. For a supplement, the pool can be heated on request.(Not available from 15/11 to 15/03)

The price includes :
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided (bed linen and shower and hand towels). Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (except heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30.
The price does not include :
Refundable deposit - 300€ cash. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pool heating supplement payable locally if used: 150€ per week (no available from middle november to middle march)
Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
