Attractive villa for six people set in a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. Located just 2 km from the sea and the nearest shops.

The house has 150 m² of living space and comprises a spacious, high-ceilinged living and dining room which is nice and light and airy and is equipped with a satellite television. Fully equipped kitchen (with coffee maker, microwave, American refrigerator, oven, gas hob, washing machine...). The living area opens onto a lovely covered patio area which has a large table for dining outdoors.

There is a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a double bedroom (140cm wide bed) which share a shower room as well as an independent double bedroom (160cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The garden area is really super with large lawned areas, exotic palms and a very nice layout. There is plenty of garden furniture so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine by the secluded pool or snooze in the shade, plus a barbeque for grills. Covered parking area.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit €800 payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 140€. Air-conditioning payable locally 75€. Linen supplied at 15 euros per kit (per person) payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth per person. Heating for the house (if used). Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description.
