This beautiful villa with private heated pool*, has a panoramic view of the countryside and sea at 180 degrees, it is located in the private and guarded domain of the golf of La Sella.

Between Denia and Javea, in the municipality of Pedreguer, the villa enjoys a dominant and panoramic view over the surrounding countryside that "unfolds" to the sea.

Completely redone in recent months, after the entrance gate, the access is sloping to the garage carport. There are only a few steps to access the villa which is entirely on one level, with the pool, the garden, the petanque court and the summer kitchen. The studio is located below, at the entrance of the villa, below the ground floor, very clear and redone.

The villa: Large living room (large screen TV) and open kitchen fully equipped (nespresso, kettle...) with island, opening on a veranda sheltered from the sun, then the three bedrooms also on the same level. Master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room, the other two bedrooms, 2 single beds and a double bed, share the second shower room. The whole is in new condition, modern and pleasant to live in. A water decalcifier system ensures a pure and light water, without limestone.

The studio: On the ground floor of the villa-2/3 persons- Air-conditioned room with double bed and shower room- Living room and kitchenette- About 25m2- totally independent- for two persons.

Swimming pool and summer kitchen: In extension of the living room, a large terrace with the swimming pool, a tent in the shade with garden furniture, and a straw hut with a well-equipped summer kitchen: sink, ice maker, plancha, ham cutter, small fridge....

The swimming pool can be heated by a solar system to maintain a pleasant temperature, 24/25° in the middle season (April to end of October) but not guaranteed.

The first sandy beach is 5.3 km away, the commercial center of Ondara is 10 minutes away by car, Denia is 5/6 km away, Javea is 8/10 km away, Golf course on site. Ideal to enjoy this part of the Costa Blanca. Prices are for 6 persons without the studio, see above.
