Attractive air-conditioned country house with a big private pool and a superb Andalusian style patio terrace, set in a good-sized garden with swings and trampoline for children. Located 4 km from Marchena it is ideal for exploring the delights of the region.

Villa accommodation covering 250 m² for 8 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, air-conditioning, wifi.

The house has a spacious air-conditioned living and dining room 32 m² with television and access to the patio terrace. Fully equipped good sized kitchen 22 m² (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, refrigerator etc.) with breakfast table and access to the terrace.

Triple family bedroom 18 m² (one 150 cm x 200 bed and one 135 cm x 190 bed). Double bedroom 15 m² (150 cm x 200 bed). Another double bedroom 12 m² (150 cm x 200 bed). Twin bedroom 11 m² (two 90 cm x 190 beds). Another twin bedroom 9 m² (two 90 cm x 190 beds). Bathroom with bath and shower as well as a shower room.

All of the bedrooms in the villa La Cantina have air conditioning.

The pleasant grounds cover 1200 m² and the superb twelve-meter-long swimming pool is flanked by a lawn and a terrace equipped with sun loungers. The splendid Andalusian patio terrace in front of the villa has garden furniture for eating outdoors and elegant curtains for shade when required. Children can enjoy the play area and high hedges offer privacy. Parking space within the garden limits for up to three cars.

The local décor and the house layout combined with a child-friendly garden offer a distinctive taste of authentic Spanish style for a very enjoyable family stay in Andalusia.

Pool towels are not included. they can be rented for 5 euros per towel.
The first load of firewood supplied. Following loads of wood 15 euros.
The security deposit of 400 euros is payable locally.
