In a dream setting directly overlooking the sea set amidst sweet smelling Mediterranean pines, this attractive villa offers a holiday stay to remember, right in the heart of the Costa Brava. Located just 5 minutes walk from the Tamariu beach via the coastal path, the house has recently been completely renovated and modernised so now offers modern comfort to complement its picture postcard setting. As for the pool, well, breathtaking is probably the appropriate word, the overflow effect, with the sea beyond and the verdant pines framing it is just sumptuous.

The second floor has a relaxation area and reading room.

The first floor has a spacious, air-conditioned living and dining room with large patio windows enabling you to enjoy the views of the sea to the full and access the patio terrace and pool area. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. Further double bedroom and a bathroom.

The ground floor has a sitting room. Double bedroom with shower room. Laundry area.

The garden has large terraces, lawns and natural shade along with a ten-metre long infinity pool which is ideal for a good swim and you can revel in the panoramic views which can be enjoyed from the house, the garden and the pool. There is parking for two cars.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 7€, change of towels 3€. The villa must be left as found.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
