Large traditional stone country house with distinctive tower and private pool, in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful countryside. Located an hour and a quarter drive from Barcelona on a property covering 175 hectares. Restaurant in Biosca 15 minutes by car, shops in Solsona 20 minutes drive, Lleida 1 hour.

From its hilltop setting the property commands panoramic views and is completely secluded, it is an exceptional place with plenty of character.

The first floor has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and a double bedroom. Two shower rooms. The watch tower has two floors and comprises a double bedroom on each floor. The last floor has access to the watch tower and has stunning views.

The ground floor has a large fully equipped kitchen (with vitroceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher...). Dining room and a large, comfortable living room with a beautiful fireplace incorporated into the tower. Two double bedrooms and a shower room.

There is a beautiful nine metre long pool in the fully secluded garden along with a large terrace and barbecue. Here you have complete privacy, peace and quiet.

The price shown is for fourteen people. An extra person is possible for a supplement of 32€ per night.

Change-over day is FRIDAY.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (except tourist tax), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Price shown is for 14 people.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit. Heating for the house. Tourist tax payable locally 0.50€ per adult (16+) per night up to 7 nights. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Fifteenth person supplement 32€ per night.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
