Fantastic contemporary villa, very well designed, modern, tasteful, sleeps up to nine people and is set on a hillside commanding fabulous views of the sea from the house and poolside.

Located 4 km from the Cala Canyelles beach. Shops and restaurants 5 km. Lloret de Mar centre 7 km. Tossa de Mar 8 km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom, three twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a single bedroom (1 x 90 cm wide bed). Bathroom and a shower room.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with large patio doors allowing plenty of light in and the full benefit of the superb views. Open-plan, smart, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island (washing machine, dishwasher, Vitro-ceramic hob...). Separate toilet.

Situated in the Serra Brava area the house itself has 200 m² of living space.

There is a large covered patio terrace where you can dine outdoors and there is plenty of garden furniture both for eating and relaxing as well as a barbeque. The eight-metre long pool is very inviting. In all the garden area covers 700 m².
