About this holiday rental

Sea and calm in Javea, very peaceful holiday villa with private pool located in a very residential area in Balcon al mar, with a nice sea view. With a surface area of about 150m2, it consists on the ground floor of a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace with a typical Spanish table very practical for outdoor meals. Two bedrooms complete the ensemble, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. They share a shower room with toilet. Wifi.

On the first floor there is a large double bedroom, with a wonderful sea view, a large Italian-style shower room and a large dressing room, not forgetting the beautiful and large covered terrace with garden furniture, it is an ideal place to contemplate the sea and the sunsets. All rooms are air-conditioned. Outside there is a beautiful garden with trees and grass, a lovely 9X4 swimming pool, and a pleasant covered area with a large table and barbecue built close to the pool, it is the perfect place to enjoy long afternoons in the sun of the costa blanca. Parking inside the villa. Tennis and golf 5 km away. Shops at 2 km.

Assistance every day of the week. Unless otherwise indicated, our villas are located a maximum of 10/15 minutes from the sandy beach of Arenal, surrounded by all the shops, bars and restaurants. Our reception office is 150 m from the Arenal beach.

Information to be provided on arrival: copy of passport or identity card for each participant over 14 years old.

The price includes :

The fully equipped accommodation is at your disposal; water, gas and electricity consumption (except heating); maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, internet.

The price does not include :

A deposit of 800 euros is required, which cannot be cashed in by credit card or cash.
The following services are to be paid on the spot in cash.
Compulsory service :
Compulsory fixed price cleaning: 140 euros to be paid on site in cash
Fixed price of 85 euros per week, for the air conditioning (compulsory from mid June to mid September).
Optional services :
- Linen: beds made on arrival - one large and one small towel per person - two tea towels. You must ask for it before your arrival - 15 euros per person and per stay to be paid on the spot in cash.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay).
