Restored farm house for rent near Torrelles de Foix 3km in the Costa Dorada region of Spain. The villa Mas Aixola is made up of a main house and an annexe, it dates back to the nineteenth century, sleeps up to fourteen people, has a private swimming and is surrounded by vineyards. The owner has a house on the grounds but clients have private use of their garden and the pool. Barcelona airport 55km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with bathroom. Further double bedroom. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom. Another twin bedroom and a bathroom. Extra bed available.

The ground floor has a small sitting room and a kitchen/dining room with fireplace and table for 8. Laundry room.

Annex house in the courtyard has a small sitting room and a large dining room with television which opens onto the garden. Fully equipped kitchen. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a double bedroom. Bathroom and a shower room.

The interior décor is traditional Spanish country house style.

In a peaceful setting there is a 7.25m circular pool with grass areas and mature trees offering natural shade.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 300€ (or equivalent) cash payable locally. Heating for the house outside July and August. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
