In a stunning hilltop setting overlooking beautiful countryside, this characterful converted seventeenth-century farmhouse is set in a beautiful garden with a superb private pool, an ideal property for a memorable family holiday. Solsones 9 km. Andorra 80 km. Barcelona 130 km. Tarragona 135 km.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Triple bedroom (3 x 90 cm wide beds). Shower room and a bathroom. Annexe with a laundry room containing a washing machine.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with fireplace, television and DVD player. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (Vitro-ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher...). Triple bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed and 1 x 90 cm wide bed). Bathroom.

The interior is very pleasant, there are comfortable furnishings and a games room.

In the garden there is plenty for children to enjoy including swings, slide and the secluded pool is fenced for child security. For adults, there is a barbeque. A covered eating area allows you to enjoy the fresh air when dining.

The price indicated is for 12.

Supplement for a 13th and 14th person: 150 euros per person per week.

Pets accepted on request. Supplement of 70 €.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (except Tourist tax payable locally), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - ask for details. Tourist tax payable locally (0.50€ per person (aged 16+) per night, maximum 7 nights. Heating for the house.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
