About this holiday rental

Spacious villa in Javea situated in the Montgo area, set in a large walled garden covering 2000 m² with lawns with fabulous views of the mountain. Located near Javea old village with a nice combination of proximity to the countryside, mountain and the sea, very peaceful too. Beach 6 km.

Villa accommodation all on one level covering 280 m², for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, wifi, satellite television, partial air conditioning in one bedroom, living room and kitchen.

The house comprises an attractive entrance which leads to a very large living and dining room with lovely comfortable sofas, big screen television, fireplace and a large wooden dining table. Big L shaped veranda with table and chairs so you can eat outside and enjoy the splendid views of the garden and pool. Very well equipped kitchen (with Vitro-ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.). Laundry room accessed from the exterior, with washing machine.

The sleeping area comprises an air-conditioned master double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room with toilet. twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide bed). Bathroom with toilet. one double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) with washbasin and the last double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed).

The expansive lawn is very pleasant and there is a ten-metre long swimming pool with steps for easy access as well as a ladder. There is a very useful summer kitchen (with sink and gas barbeque) along with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture as well as a table tennis. Parking space for a number of cars on the grounds.

This is an excellent villa in a beautiful peaceful setting where you can enjoy the countryside and the magnificent backdrop of the landmark Mongo mountain.

Javea centre and shops 4.5 km. Port beach 6 km. Main sandy Arenal beach 8 km.

The price does not include :

The security deposit of 800 euros (if euro cheque not to be cashed) to leave at our agency: imprint credit card or cash.

The following services are to be paid on arrival and in cash:

- Cleaning: fixed price of 200 euros to be paid locally.
- Air conditioning: fixed price of 75 euros per week, unless otherwise stated.

Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before arrival):
- Linen: beds made on arrival, two towels, one large and one small, dish towels: 15 euros per person and per stay.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby cot (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), animals (50 euros per animal and per stay if accepted). ..

Supplements are payable locally in cash upon arrival.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
