Sea and tranquillity, very pleasant holiday villa with a large private swimming pool situated between Cap Marti and Tosalet, it has rare and beautiful views of the bay, gardens and the sea.

Villa accommodation covering 120 m² for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, satellite television, wifi, air conditioning.

The house has a spacious living and dining room and a separate well-equipped kitchen, opening onto a covered patio terrace which has magnificent 180° views from the Montgo mountain to the tip of Javea. Double bedroom (180 cm wide bed). Another double bedroom (150 cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 80 cm wide beds). All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Two shower rooms with toilets.

Overall the interior is comfortable and nicely furnished.

Set in a very lovely big garden with a nice lawn and plenty of trees. On the lower part, there is a ten-metre long pool with steps for easy access to the water surrounded by a patio area and a lawn equipped with sun loungers. There are a gas barbecue and garden furniture for sitting and dining outdoors.

The main sandy Arenal beach as well as shops and restaurants 3 km.

The price does not include :

The security deposit of 800 euros card imprint.
Compulsory cleaning fee: 140 euros to be paid on site in cash
Air-conditioning : 75 euros per week, from mid-June to mid-September

Optional services :
- Linen: beds made on arrival - one large and one small towel per person - two tea towels. You must request this before your arrival - 15 euros per person per stay to be paid on site in cash.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay).
These extras are to be paid on the spot in cash, on arrival at our office.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
