Family holiday villa with private pool in the popular resort of Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava. Located 2.5 km from the beach and 5 km from the centre.

Villa accommodation covering 120 m² for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms.

The house has a comfortable living and dining room with television and sliding doors opening onto the patio terrace. Open plan kitchen (with oven, electric hob, refrigerator etc.). Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Bathroom and a shower room.

The grounds cover 550 m² and there is an eight-metre-long swimming pool with loungers for relaxing poolside. There are a child-friendly flat lawn and a patio terrace with garden furniture and a parasol for eating outdoors as well as a barbecue for grills. There is parking space within the limits of the garden.

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 300€. Linen can be hired for 8€ per person, towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 85€- Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available on request 35€ per week. Extra bed: 80€/week.
