About this holiday rental

The Villa Montecarlo 36 is a superbly appointed holiday house which sleeps up to six people. There are a garden and private swimming pool which enjoys fantastic sea views. The property is located in Lloret de Mar 6km on the Costa Brava in Spain, just a short drive from the beach 3km. Gerona airport 23km. Shops and restaurants 2.5km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a living and dining area with fireplace and television. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed which can split into 2 x 90cm wide beds) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Bathroom and a shower room.

The interior decor is neutral, well suited to a holiday home like this. Furnishings are comfortable and equipment levels are good. There is a covered terrace for dining and relaxing in the shade along with a barbeque for cooking outside.

The garden has lawned areas and there is plenty of garden furniture including pool loungers. Note - the photo of the beach is not the view from the villa.

The nearest beach to the villa is the Cala Canyelles which stretches for around 500 metres, there are some great seafood restaurants on the sea front.

The price includes :

Property provided in good condition and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Compulsory final cleaning: €90.
Deposit (credit card imprint): €300.
Tourist tax payable on site (approx. €1.75/day per adult - maximum 7 days).

On request :
Extra bed: €80 per week
Cot: €35 per week.
Bed linen: €8 per person.
Towels (1 large + 1 small): €8 per person.
Pets allowed: €35 per week.
The air-conditioning charge of €80 per week must be paid on arrival at the local agency, only for villas with air-conditioning.
