Comfortable holiday home with private pool and garden, located 3km from the beach and 2km from main facilities in the centre of Blanes 2km.

The accommodation comprises a very pleasant, spacious living and dining room which opens onto a terrace with sea views. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with large terrace and sea views. Two further double bedrooms. Triple bedroom (2 x 80cm wide bunk beds and a pull out single bed. Three bathrooms and two toilets.

There is plenty of garden furniture so you can sit outside, relax and enjoy a barbeque. The pool is 12 metres long, ideal for a good swim.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (except tourist tax detailed below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 300€. Linen can be hired for 8€ per person, towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 120€- Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available on request 35€ per week. Extra bed: 80€/week.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
