About this holiday rental

Attractive holiday villa for ten people with private swimming pool. Located 2 km from the beach and 1.5 km from shops, bars and restaurants and 2 km from the centre of Blanes.

The accommodation covers 300 m² and comprises a living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Bedroom with two pull-out single beds. Three bathrooms.

The garden covers 650 m² and has an eight-metre long pool complimented by plenty of garden furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 300€. Linen can be hired for 8€ per person, towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 120€- Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available on request 35€ per week. Extra bed: 80€/week.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
