About this holiday rental
Lovely villa with a private swimming pool and beautiful garden within walking distance of the beach, 500 metres. Located in the peaceful El Cau residential area of Tamariu at 100 metres walk from the sea.
The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room with access to the terrace. Three double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each), a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and a shower room.
The decor is traditional in style, a bit rustic; furnishings are a combination of modern and traditional.
There is a magnificent garden with colourful flowers, mature palms and a good sized swimming pool complemented by a covered terrace for eating al fresco. There are two parking spaces. The changeover day is a Friday.

The price includes :
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.
The price does not include :
Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 7€, change of towels 3€. The villa must be left as found.
Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
