In a peaceful location in the Costa Nova area of Javea this charming, air-conditioned holiday home has a private pool and garden. Main sandy beach Arenal is 4.5km along with shops, bars and restaurants. Alicante airport 123km. Shops and restaurants 2km. Tennis and golf 5km.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a living room with satellite television and internet. Dining room with capacity for six people. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with en-suite shower and toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with bath and toilet. Independent access to a further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room and toilet.
The interior was fully renovated in 2013, with new bathrooms and contemporary decor.
The garden has a good sized pool set to the rear of the villa and mature pine trees offering natural shade along with attractive Mediterranean plants. There is plenty of garden furniture allowing you to eat outdoors and relax in the sun. Parking space on the grounds for one car.
We have experienced, multilingual staff based in our Javea office which is close to the Arenal beach. They can help you with anything from local knowledge to booking a jet ski or a sailing boat.

Bed linen is provided for €15 per set (per person), payable locally. Each set consists of bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 towel and 1 tea towel per person. . Cot and/or high chair can be rented on request, 50€ per week, payable locally. Supplement for pets 50€ if accepted( on request).
