Commanding superb views of the Granadella beach in Javea (voted most beautiful beach in Spain in 2013) and boasting a fabulous infinity pool this outstanding luxury villa sleeps up to twelve people. From its hilltop setting, you can walk the 300 metres to the beach where there is a shop, very good bar and restaurant which serves excellent fish dishes and has a sea view. The main Arenal sandy beach, shops and restaurants are a 5km drive. Alicante airport 111km. Valencia airport 123km.

The accommodation on the main floor comprises a spacious living and dining room with satellite television and access to the terrace overlooking the sea. Fully equipped, modern kitchen with all you require for successful self-catering, opening onto the dining area. Fine looking, ultra-modern double bedroom with shower room and toilet. Five steps lead to three other bedrooms, including a master double bedroom with shower room (a huge window allows you to enjoy the sea view whilst taking a shower) and balcony, two more double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The garden floor has independent access and comprises a large bedroom with double sofa bed, shower room and toilet, opening onto a terrace.

This interior decor is stylish and modern, very tasteful. Rooms are spacious, there is air conditioning and mosquito nets throughout.

Set in a completely tranquil setting surrounded by the Granadella protected nature reserve (which is good for walking) there is a super patio by the pool with mature pines offering natural shade. There is a natural garden area with parking space. Barbeques are not allowed but there is an electric "plancha" so you can grill meat, fish etc. There is plenty of garden furniture and outdoor lighting, overall the atmosphere is very "Zen".

It is very rare to come across such a stunning holiday rental property within walking distance of the beach in Javea.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit €1500 payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 200€. Air-conditioning payable locally 75 €. Linen supplied at 12 euros per kit (per person) payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth per person. Heating for the house (if used). Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or person supplement of €70 per bed per week. Cot and/or high chair available for hire on request 50€ per week payable locally. Pet supplement 50€. Internet key 45€ per week.
