International airports at Alicante 87 km and Valencia 118 km.
The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 180 cm wide bed) with en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Two others double bedroom (1 x 180 cm wide bed) and a further bathroom with over-bath shower, sinks and toilet.
The ground floor has a small, fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden and a living-dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace. One double bedroom (1 x 180 cm wide bed) and a shower room with toilet. Access to a super, covered terrace with views of Montgo mountain and the sea in the distance.
The villa has nice bright decor, it is well equipped and furnished in an elegant, comfortable manner.
The mature garden is a delight with sweeping lawns, mature trees, high hedges and lush flowering plants and along with the pool, there is an outside shower and barbeque area. Pets are allowed subject to an accepted request.

Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth. Air-conditioning payable locally 125€ per week, from mid-June to mid-September. Heating for the house during holiday periods outside July or August and firewood. Pet supplement of €50 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or person supplement of €80 per bed per week. Cot and high chair available for hire on request 50 € per week each.
