Very pleasant villa for 8 people, situated in between an olive grove and the sea which is 4 km. Air conditioning and internet.
The accommodation is on two floors and comprises a living and dining room with television along with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc.). Three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Two shower rooms.
The interior is well laid out and furnishings are a charming combination of traditional and modern.
The garden is very nice, adorned with palm and olive trees and a very smart seven meters long shaped swimming pool complimented by a covered Jacuzzi. There is also a mini-golf, boules area and a play section for children. A built-in barbeque is ideal for outdoor grills.
Sandy beach 4 km. Shops, bars and restaurants in Ametlla de Mar 3.5 km.

The cleaning of the end of stay is compulsory, the house must be left clean at the time of departure (cleaned dishes and arranged, garbage emptied, ...).
Air conditioning: supplement of 100 € / week.
Optional:
- Extra bed (if accepted when booking): 100 € / stay per bed and 30 € for a cot.
- Bed linen and towels: not provided (to be rented on site) (beds made on arrival: 5 € / person - towels: 5 € per room / stay - dish towels: 5 € each ).
- Pets (if accepted when booking): 50 € / stay to pay on the spot
Linen is to be booked in advance if you wish. Please let us know.
