Beautiful, avant-garde house for 8 to 10 people located in the quiet residential area of Roca Grossa with lovely sea views. Wi-Fi internet access and air conditioning.

This villa of around 380 m2 is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, there is a large, bright living/dining room with 42-inch satellite TV and DVD, opening onto a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), a gym with treadmill, exercise bike and hi-fi system, and a bedroom with double bed and shower room/wc.
Upstairs, there is an en suite bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower and hydromassage bath (+ sofa bed for 2 children), a double bedroom with a rollaway bed and a double bedroom with a king-size bed. The first floor opens onto a large terrace with lovely views of the Mediterranean coast.

The outdoor area of around 1030 m2 includes a private 10x4m swimming pool with a shallow end ideal for younger children, a pleasant garden with barbecue and a garage.

Air conditioning and wi-fi connection available and included in the price.

Beaches (Lloret de Mar): 2.5 km. Beaches (Cala Canyelles): 4 km. Shops and restaurants: 2.5 km. Girona: 35 km. Barcelona: 70 km.

The price includes :

Property provided in good condition and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Obligatory final cleaning: 230€.
Deposit (credit card imprint): €300.
Tourist tax payable on site (approx. €1.75/day per adult - maximum 7 days).
