Typical Andalusian architecture villa with Moresque features and hand-painted mosaics, set in a large garden with a big private pool. Located 22 km from Moron de la Frontera around one hour’s drive from Seville.

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² for 15 people, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning, wifi.

The ground floor of the house has a spacious living and dining room with television and fireplace. Fully equipped open plan kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, refrigerator etc.). Family bedroom (with a double bed and bunk beds for 2 children). Double bedroom and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower.

The upper floor has an air-conditioned sitting room with television. Family bedroom (with a double bed and bunk beds for 2 children). Double bedroom. Another double bedroom (with no window). Bathroom with shower.

Annexe with an apartment comprising a bedroom with a sofa bed.

The grounds cover 2000 m² and there is a shaped twelve-metre-long swimming pool with a high wall offering privacy and sun loungers for relaxing on the poolside terrace. There is a big covered terrace 100 m² with bar, barbecue and table and chairs for eating outside. Parking space for four cars.

Pool towels are not included. They can be rented for 5 euros per towel.
The security deposit of 400 euros must be paid in cash on entering the premises.
