About this holiday rental

Recently built, modern, air conditioned villa with high-quality furnishings and fittings, a lovely garden and private swimming pool. Large patio windows generate plenty of light and allow you to appreciate the garden. Located in the Agua Gelida area, 1.5km from the beach and facilities at Tamariu.

The first floor has an entrance, double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), quadruple bedroom (2 x bunk beds each for 2 people). Bathroom and 8 square metre terrace with a view of the garden.

The ground floor has a large living and dining room with access to the garden and covered terrace for outdoor dining. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom. Guest toilet.

There is a garage for two cars.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Tourist tax of 0.45€ per person per day payable locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. USB Internet device available for hire 50€ per week (not MAC compatible).

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
