Spacious holiday villa for 13 to 14 people in Lloret de Mar, on the Costa Brava. This villa is ideal for 2 families and has 2 floors, each with its own kitchen and living room. WIFI internet access. Sea and mountain views.

Covering around 170 m2, the villa is spread over 2 floors and has a total of 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the pool level, there is a well-appointed lounge/dining room with TV and fireplace, a fully-equipped separate kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, etc.), 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds) and a bathroom.

On the upper floor, the living areas are similar: lounge/dining room, fully-equipped separate kitchen and a bathroom. The bedrooms are arranged differently: one bedroom with a double bed, 1 triple bedroom (2 bunk beds + 1 single bed) and finally a bedroom with 2 bunk beds + a pull-out bed recommended for 3 or 4 children.

Covering around 800 m2, the villa offers pleasant terraces with garden furniture on the 2 floors, a play area for children (swings), barbecue and private swimming pool measuring 9.5 x 4.5 m.
