About this holiday rental

Recently renovated holiday home dating back to the sixteenth century, the stone walls, ornate arches and wooden beams provide considerable character and charm. Set in good sized grounds with a private swimming the house is on a hillside commanding splendid views of the beautiful surrounding countryside and mountains as well as the villages of Bages and Bergueda. Supermarket 13 km. Manresa 30 km. Barcelona 90 km.

The accommodation is all on one floor and comprises a charming living room with television and DVD player which opens onto a spacious, rustic dining room with a large table. Fully equipped kitchen (with Vitro-ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave...) with a small fireplace. Four double bedrooms and a triple bedroom (3 x 90 cm wide beds). Bathroom and a shower room.

The interior has attractive decor which blends well with the original features and there are comfortable furnishings.

Set among lavender fields and woodland the property has an attractive garden with a children's play area and an eight-metre long swimming pool with steps for access. There is a built in barbeque and patio terrace where you can dine outside and enjoy the fresh air and tranquil surroundings.

The price is for 10 people, 150€ has to be added for extra person per week.(max 3 extra person)

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (except Tourist tax payable locally), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - ask for details. Tourist tax payable locally (0.45€ per person (aged 16+) per night, maximum 7 nights. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
