In Javea, Spain on the Costa Blanca, lovely holiday rental with private pool, 4 km from the sandy beach, 5 minutes' drive from the shops, surrounded by a well-kept garden with several covered and open terraces. Partial air conditioning and wifi.

Approximately 80 m2 of living space, it consists of a pleasant air-conditioned living room with flat-screen TV, opening onto a covered terrace with table for 8 people, an ideal place to enjoy the beautiful view of the famous ‘Montgo’, there is also a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and double bed and air conditioning and the other with two single beds and a fan, a separate shower room with toilet completes the set.

Outside, there is a beautiful 8x4 swimming pool, Roman steps, covered pergola, sun loungers and several areas, one of which has a large sunshade (tables and chairs to enjoy meals outside), and covered parking for one car.

Very quiet, peaceful and well exposed, close to the Arénal beach, fine sand, bars, restaurants, shops.

- Linen: beds made on arrival, two towels, one
large and one small, tea towels: €15 per person per
stay.
- On request: high chair (€50 per stay), cot (€50
per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (€80
per stay), pets (€50 per pet per stay)...
