Air conditioned villa for six in Altea with private swimming pool and sea views. Located on a peaceful estate 4 km from the old village of Altea where there are shops and excellent restaurants and 6 km from the beach. Alicante airport 65 km and Valencia airport 135 km.

The accommodation comprises a comfortable living and dining room with air conditioning. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker...) and a laundry room with washing machine. Three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.

There is air conditioning (available for a supplement) in all the bedrooms and wifi internet is available free of charge.

The very pleasant garden is fully enclosed and there is an alarm. By the pool, there is an outdoor shower and there are a barbeque and outdoor dining area. There is plenty of garden furniture, table and chairs along with sun loungers. Parking on the grounds.

Located in a cul de sac the villa is nice and private as well as peaceful so you can relax and enjoy the superb views of the countryside and the Mediterranean.
