Private: property 30 ha with wildlife garden, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine, bicycle rental. Motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana" 3 km pebble beach "Cala Estreta" 3 km. Golf course 10 km, tennis 8 km, riding stable 8 km. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi). 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
