About this holiday rental

Self catering villa accommodating up to six people set in the peaceful Toscal area of Javea just 2 km from shops, 3 km from the main beach and 4 km from the old village and port. There is air conditioning in the living room and a nine metre long private pool in the garden.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a spacious living and dining room (air conditioned) along with a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds together). Bathroom with toilet and a shower room with toilet.

The interior decor is light and airy and furnishings are functional, practical and comfortable.

The pool is situated behind the house and is accessed via a few steps. On the pool patio you have sun lounger where you can relax and enjoy the sun as well a built in barbecue and a covered dining area for eating outdoors.

You have use of the lockable garage for one car and you can get another on the grounds.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The price does not include :

The breaking deposit of 500 euros (non-cashable) to be left at our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash.
The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash:

- Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 140 euros to be paid on site.
- Air conditioning: 95 euros per week.
Internet access: 4 euros/day

Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival):
- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), internet key (45 euros), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)...

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
