About this holiday rental

Splendid villa with a good sized garden, private swimming pool and magnificent sea views. Located in the El Cabo de la Nao residential area 8km from the main beach at Javea. Nearest beach La Granadella 4km. Shops and restaurants 200 metres.

The upper floor is the main level and comprises a light, comfortable living room with television and DVD player, dining room with large bay windows overlooking the sea. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) both with en-suite shower room. Bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (4 x 80cm wide beds). Small sitting room with a double sofa bed.

The lower floor has independent access and comprises a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room.

Overall the accommodation is spacious, modern and well decorated. Both floors have superb sea views. We can arrange a cook/chef service on request for a supplement (as we can for all the SUN reference villas in Javea).

The pool has a beautiful terrace with magnificent sea views complemented by a summer kitchen and comprehensive garden furniture. There is uncovered parking for a number of cars.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit €1500 payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 250€. Linen supplied at 15 euros per kit (per person) payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth per person. Heating for the house (if used). Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or person supplement of €80 per bed per week. Cot and/or high chair available for hire on request 50€ per week payable locally. Pet supplement 50€. Internet key 45€ per week. We can arrange a cook/chef service on request for a supplement (as we can for all the SUN reference villas in Javea).

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
