Gorgeous, air conditioned luxury villa with fenced pool within walking distance of the beach at Tamariu plage 900 metres. Shops and restaurants 800 metres. Tamariu centre 900 metres. This is a gem, a child-friendly property in a superb location.

The upper floor has an entrance hall and three double bedrooms along with a bathroom. Balcony terrace overlooking the garden.

The ground floor has a very spacious, well-furnished living and dining room along with a big, comprehensively equipped kitchen, all opening onto the garden terrace. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet.

The interior is stylish, modern and tasteful, equipped with all you need including Wi-fi internet and a generous 250 m² living space. Large windows allow plenty of light into the house which is very pleasant.

The lovely garden is a good size, 1000 m² with a beautiful pool which is protected by a removable security fence for child safety. Mature trees offer natural shade and there is plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque. Garage parking for two cars.

Change-over day is Friday.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Final clean included. Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Tourist tax of 0.45€ per person (over 16 years old) per day payable locally (maximum 7 days). Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Linen change 8€ and towel change 4€. The house must be left in good order.
