Nice villa in Javea on the Costa Blanca, with private pool, located in the residential area of Cansalades Park near the sandy beach of l'Arénal.

With approximately 180 m² of living space, the villa consists of a naya at the entrance, a large living room and a bright naya-dining room, an air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed and an en suite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower room. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a laundry room, a small kitchen and a toilet. A studio is unoccupied and closed.

Outside, there is an 8x4 swimming pool, surrounded by garden furniture and relaxation areas to enjoy the beautiful days in the sun.

The whole property has been carefully furnished and decorated with taste, in our opinion an excellent value for money for this villa.

 The shops are about 3 km away, the sandy beach of l'Arénal, the tapas bars, restaurants, are 5/10 minutes away by car, about 4km.

The price includes :

Property is provided in good condition and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity ( except air conditioning). Maintenance of the garden and pool. Changeover day is Saturday, arrival time is from 16:00 to 19:00, departure before 10:00.

The price does not include :

The deposit of 500 euros (non-cashable) to be left at our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash.
The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash.

- Cleaning: 120 euros mandatory fee to be paid on site.
- Air conditioning: 75 euros per week, minimum and unless otherwise stated.

Optional, to be ordered in advance:
- Linen: beds made on arrival, two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per week).

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
