About this holiday rental

This classic Andalusian villa has an elegant architectural style complimented by a big luxuriant garden with a good-sized private pool. Located near Marchena 4 km it is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding countryside and the main sights of the region.

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² on 2 floors for 7 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wi-fi, wheelchair access.

The house has a living and dining room 30 m² with fireplace and television. Fully equipped kitchen 12 m² (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator etc.). There are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, each 17 m². An air-conditioned twin bedroom, 20 m² and an air-conditioned triple children’s bedroom (two bunk beds and a single bed). Two shower rooms, one of which is suitable for wheelchair access. Laundry room. Cot and a highchair provided.

The very big grounds cover 3900 m² and there is a ten-metre-long swimming pool with sun loungers and a nice gazebo poolside where you can enjoy a drink in the shade. There are a big lawn and mature trees along with a beautiful large covered terrace in front of the house overlooking the pool area where you can eat outdoors. A barbecue is available for grills and there are swings for children to play on. Parking space for four cars within the garden limits.

The exotic palm trees and luxuriant vegetation of the restful garden combined with the spacious house offer a delightful holiday setting for enjoying the beautiful unknown as the town of Marchena is referred to.
