About this holiday rental

Beautiful location for this design holiday villa which is situated in the residential area of Balcon al Mar, on a privileged location, offering a magnificent panoramic sea view, beautiful 8x4 pool. Equidistant from the beaches of l'arenal, about 5km, and granadella, or pebbled coves about 3km, la Barraca. Internet wifi. Air conditioning in all rooms.

Very quiet, opening on the sea and the bay, you enter a nice kitchen fully equipped. Then there is a living room with TV, opening on the sea and the strong point of the villa, a large "Naya" with panoramic view on the sea which always benefits from a light breeze, it is a perfect place for the meals outside by night as well as by day.

The sleeping area consists of two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, one with a magnificent sea view. The third en-suite bedroom is at pool level and also has a lovely sea view. Two of the three rooms have independent access. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Outside there is a beautiful Mediterranean garden with trees, a lovely 8 x 4 swimming pool in the shape of a bean, plenty of garden furniture (table, chair, deckchair). Covered parking space.

The price does not include :

The deposit of 3000 euros is not cashable and must be left at our agency: credit card imprint or cash.
The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash:

- Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 160 euros to be paid on site.
- Air conditioning: 75 euros per week.
Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival):
- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)...

Supplements are to be paid on site in cash on arrival.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
